that starts January 17th 2017.

In This Workshop Students Will Learn:
Sharpen their ability to focus and pay attention
Experience life situations with less emotional reactivity
Learn effective strategies for making better choices
Increase kindness and compassion for themselves and others
Learn skills for self care

A: Love because it's such a simple yet powerful word

A: Embroidery and speaking Japanese

A: Fish posh and headstand variations, they make me feel back to my silly self when I'm having a case of the Mondays

A: Gratitude and self love

A: Learning to play ukulele and Being part of this amazing team at wee wild ones

A: ”Are you really from the moon?" -Ryder age 4 
Q: What’s something you want to learn to do? 
A: Embroidery and speaking Japanese 
Q: Favorite outdoor activity? 
A: Hiking mountains, skateboarding, hula hooping :) 
Q: Favorite Food? 
A: Pasta cheech (Italian pasta dish my grandmas recipe) and potatoes of any kind 
Q: Favorite Treat? 
A: Vanilla ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and ground cinnamon 
Q: How do you practice Mindfulness? 
A: I practice mindfulness daily wether it be my home yoga practice, creating art, praying, meditating or teaching mindfulness to others. 
Q: If you had to use three words to describe yourself, what would they be? 
Loving, silly and always practicing
